Accessory for the WAND Handheld Data Collector, designed to help access hard-to-reach areas at distance
The REACH is an accessory for the WAND Handheld Data Collector (HDC) that can extend up to 4.3m / 14.1ft. Simply attach the REACH to the WAND-HDC so data can be collected from the WAND Thickness Monitoring (TM) Sensors installed in difficult access locations, to support hard-to-reach corrosion monitoring.

RFID Detection: RFID integration within the cartridge allows for accurate RFID detection when using the REACH, improving reliability and time efficiency onsite.
Extended Access: Easily extend the pole to reach WAND sensors up to 4.3m / 14.1ft away, accessing high or hard-to-reach areas without extra equipment.
Compact & Lightweight: Collapses to 1.5m / 5ft, making it easier to carry and use in tight or confined spaces.
Flexible Handling: A flexible reader head provides easier access to hard-to-reach sensors and adapts seamlessly to various pipe shapes for improved usability.
Applications
Manual inspection: Use in combination with the WAND-HDC for on-site collection of ultrasonic thickness data on pipework, tanks, and vessels.
Elevated or hazardous locations: The extendable reach pole reduces the need for ladders, scaffolding, or rope access when monitoring at height.
ATEX-rated locations: Use in hazardous or ATEX-rated environments for safe, compliant inspections
