We Are Hiring – Technical Account Manager
North America - Remote
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive early-stage business development and grow key accounts across North America. The role requires an established industry network to open doors with asset owners and their operational teams, combined with the technical credibility to position Inductosense’s WAND technology as a practical solution to inspection and corrosion monitoring challenges.
The Technical Account Manager will identify opportunities, engage the customer to understand operational challenges, and guide complex sales processes from initial engagement through to deployment. The role includes supporting customer demonstrations through small sensor installations and converting successful trials into repeat commercial adoption.
Based in the United States and reporting to the Commercial Director in the UK, the role operates with a high degree of autonomy while working closely with global sales, engineering, and delivery teams to grow strategic accounts and expand adoption of Inductosense technology across North America.
About Inductosense
Inductosense designs and manufactures ultrasonic sensing technology that enables asset owners to monitor corrosion more effectively. Our technology helps customers reduce costs, prevent unplanned shutdowns, support net zero targets, and transition to fully digital solutions.
Our core technology is based on patented, embeddable, wireless, battery-free sensors supported by a range of digital data collection systems, including IoT and robotics platforms. The unique advantages of this technology also allow us to work with OEM partners to integrate sensing capability directly into products during manufacture.
Since spinning out of the University of Bristol in 2015, we have focused on developing and certifying our technology while working closely with major industrial companies around the world. Inductosense’s WAND technology has now been approved by some of the largest organisations in the energy sector, and customers are increasingly deploying our systems at scale.

- Developing opportunities where Inductosense technology can address customer pain points in inspection, corrosion monitoring, and asset integrity.
- Engaging technical and commercial stakeholders across customer organisations, including reliability, corrosion, and inspection engineers, as well as senior decision makers.

- Developing and executing account plans across complex organisations and guiding multi stakeholder sales processes from early engagement through to deployment.
- Understanding customer technical requirements and recommending the optimal application of Inductosense products.
- Collaborating with internal teams and partners to support pre-sales activity, project delivery, and ongoing customer success.
- Supporting customer demonstrations through small sensor installations.
- Producing technical reports and case studies that demonstrate value, capture feedback, and support repeat sales opportunities.
