WAND TM Sensors are permanently installed, embeddable, wireless, and ATEX Zone 0 rated. These corrosion and erosion monitoring sensors provide accurate, repeatable wall thickness measurements with RFID-enabled data traceability.

Applications

Embedded Monitoring: Easily installed underneath coatings and insulation, our corrosion and erosion monitoring sensors enable continuous, accurate wall thickness measurements without the need for removal or disruption of protective coatings.

Upgradable & Scalable: Designed for seamless integration with other WAND products, such as the WAND Remote Data Collector (RDC) and WAND Handheld Data Collector (HDC), allowing for scalable, networked monitoring across multiple assets or locations.

Remote Monitoring: Operators can wirelessly capture accurate, repeatable wall thickness data from fixed sensor locations, supporting continuous internal corrosion and erosion monitoring without the need for on-site inspections.

Hazardous Environments: Designed for reliability in challenging conditions such as risers, flare lines, or tank roofs, WAND TM Sensors offer a safe, non-intrusive solution for monitoring in areas with limited accessibility or increased risk.
