Inductosense appoints Jen Rolls to Finance and Operations Director

UK based technology developer, Inductosense, is strengthening its senior team with the appointment of Jen Rolls following major investment from Aramco Ventures and significant sales growth in 2023.

Jen joins at an exciting time where the in-house manufacturing in the Bristol facility is being scaled up and a number of new products are due for launch. Jen has previously worked in finance and operations roles in a number of different companies in Bristol and will lead on our growth internally.

'I am thrilled to join Inductosense as Finance and Operations Director” said Rolls. “I’m looking forward to working with the team to help build upon the fantastic achievements they've made so far.”

Jen will work closely with Inductosense’s CEO, Matt Butcher, who said: “It is great to have Jen on the leadership team. She will be playing a key part in enabling our growth going forward”

“Jen has over 10 years of experience of operations management and brings a wealth of knowledge from other scale up businesses that will be invaluable to us as we continue to scale up further over the coming years.”

The company has grown rapidly after a successful year where it has received major investment from Aramco Ventures, doubled headcount and sales as demand for it’s WAND technology increases.
