Inductosense is pleased to announce a new technology partnership with Yokogawa Middle East & Africa B.S.C., a regional provider of industrial automation and digital solutions.

Inductosense is a UK-based company that designs and manufactures ultrasonic sensor technologies for internal corrosion and erosion monitoring. The company has grown into a leading provider of innovative internal corrosion monitoring solutions using its WAND technology, an embeddable wall thickness monitoring system that enables accurate, repeatable measurements at a fraction of the cost of alternative methods.

This technology partnership will see Inductosense’s WAND technology integrated into Yokogawa Middle East & Africa B.S.C's middleware platform, such as OpreX Intelligent Manufacturing Hub, supporting the development of advanced, data-driven asset management systems in the region.

This partnership establishes Inductosense as a technology partner, working directly with Yokogawa Middle East & Africa B.S.C,  Digital Enterprise Solutions to align internal corrosion monitoring and software capabilities. Inductosense’s WAND Thickness Monitoring (TM) Sensors will provide accurate thickness monitoring data that feeds directly into OpreX Intelligent Manufacturing Hub and subscription-based software systems. This integrated solution will enable customers to visualize and analyze real-time data, offering a detailed view of asset health and performance.

The partnership also forms part of Yokogawa Middle East & Africa B.S.C ‘s broader digitalization strategy, which aims to create a middleware platform capable of capturing data from a variety of sources. By incorporating Inductosense’s WAND technology, Yokogawa Middle East & Africa B.S.C plans to enhance its ability to deliver accurate and accessible asset integrity information as part of its digital solutions. A development program is already in place to test how integration can support end users in optimizing their maintenance strategies and achieving greater operational efficiency.

Partnering with Yokogawa Middle East & Africa B.S.C highlights Inductosense’s commitment to providing scalable and digital internal corrosion monitoring solutions to customers across sectors such as oil and gas, chemical, and new energy
